What's for Dinner? 🍽

 

The dreaded question I ask myself everyday at 2pm. I believe in sitting down to the table all together for dinner and as hard as it can be we do it on average 4 nights a week.

I’m going to start with the easiest, simple recipe. Its a real crowd pleaser and actually has a surprising amount of protein. Did you know peas have protein and a trace amount of fat? Almost every other vitamin and mineral you need.

Parmesan Peas Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
One bag of frozen peas, thawed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus a pinch 
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Grated Parmesan Cheese (Add as much as you please)
